The CHI 2026 technical program is underway! So far we have accepted 1500+ technical papers, 69 workshops, 8 panels, and 32 meetups! There is so much more program to be a part of too; calls are still open for: Posters (including case-studies and open-source projects), Interactive Demos, the Student Research Competition, and the new Student Mentoring Program! There are also many workshops with open calls too.
This year we have a full Monday through Friday program. You’ll find technical paper talks in the morning and all of the extended program in the afternoons. Interactivity and the exhibit hall remains on Monday night. We’ll open the conference bright and early Monday April 13th at 08:30 AM and close the conference Friday April 17th by 3:00 PM. For those of you who have been to CHI before, note there is no “Workshop Day”. Workshops happen throughout the week. Our TPCs are hard at work slotting workshops, paper talks, and other content into time slots. We’ll announce once the detailed program is available via the SIGCHI Programs webapp.
